American Technologies provides remote technology support services to individual consumers, with a focus on helping seniors. Our services include, but are not limited to:

All support is delivered remotely via secure screen-sharing technology with the customer's explicit consent. No physical on-site visits are included unless separately arranged and agreed to in writing.

American Technologies is an independent technology support company. We are not affiliated with, authorized by, endorsed by, or in any way connected to Microsoft, Apple, Google, Samsung, or any other technology brand, manufacturer, or service provider. Our services are provided independently of any third-party technology company.

3. Service Fees & Payment

Fees for services are communicated clearly before any work begins. Our standard pricing includes:

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards.

4. No Fix, No Fee Guarantee

If our technician is unable to resolve your reported issue during a session, you will not be charged for that session. This guarantee applies to the specific problem described when the session began. It does not apply if the issue cannot be reproduced, if it is caused by hardware failure requiring physical repair, or if the customer ends the session before the technician has had a reasonable opportunity to diagnose and resolve the issue.

5. Remote Session Consent

By agreeing to a remote support session, you authorize American Technologies technicians to temporarily access your device screen for the purpose of diagnosing and resolving your tech issue. You may observe all activity during the session and may end it at any time. We do not retain access to your device after a session ends.

American Technologies will exercise reasonable care in providing services. However, technology support involves inherent risks, and we cannot guarantee that all issues will be fully resolved or that pre-existing problems will not affect the outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific session in question.

We are not responsible for any data loss, hardware damage, or software issues that existed prior to or arise independently of our service session.

9. Availability

Our services are available Monday through Friday, 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We do not guarantee service availability outside of these hours. Hours are subject to change; current hours are always displayed on our website.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
